I run a small video production company, that is growing fast. I have an existing accountant but essentially have practically no management accounting apart from yearly accounts.
I would like to set up existing (unused) xero account to run my monthly payroll (only 2 people) and my linked bank accounts (not yet linked) and also have a system to have a bookkeeper (the provider of this service is yet tbc) and a system enter all my personal company expenses (that come from my personal account)
I am also looking for a system that can analyse all my personal family expenses so I can have a better idea of where the money is being spent
Could you give me an estimate of the price you would change for the above as a set up and also ongoing
Could you also give me an idea of the other services that you offer that could help me get a better understanding of the value within my company. Currently it is a lifestyle business that is growing fast and I need to update the financial reporting and controls
