Hi!
I need some help organizing myself - *I* would be your project to manage! I need help setting up new projects in my project management software - ASANA - and in keeping to deadlines. I want my GVA to keep me on track and accountable. To remind me of deadlines and to manage communications with clients (eventually).
Your role:
1 - talk with me once a day on Skype or Google to get project updates and report on any updates, remind me of deadlines, upcoming appointments, etc.
2 - take my verbal instructions about projects and turn them into projects and tasks in the Asana project management tool - assigning dates for completion.
3 - Schedule social media posts to promote various webinars, blog posts, opt-ins etc
4 - wordpress - must be comfortable using wordpress to create articles and blog posts and new pages
5a - technology - wordpress and associated tools and themes and plugins would be great that you know and are comfortable learning these to create content and pages add new marketing tools like click-to-tweet links
5b - technology - Asana. If you don't know this particular tool, that's ok. But you must be familiar with project management software.
6 - BONUS SKILLS: Facebook Ads, graphic design
