We are a technology company based in Moorgate (5 minute walk from London Liverpool Street Station) and we are looking for an organised and driven individual to add to our team.
Job Type: 3 days per week (6 hours per day)
Pay: £12-18 depending on experience
Required education: A-Levels
Required experience: 2-4 years minimum
Job Location: London Liverpool Street, London (EC2A)
Required language: English
Job Description:
• Answer incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
• Sending out and receiving mail and packages.
• Sending emails.
• Managing documents and files.
• Booking inventories, arranging maintenance contractors and liaising with utility companies.
• Carry out references and drafting tenancy agreements.
• Managing and uploading information onto the property management software.
• Office
○ Collecting anything requiring director attention to be addressed once a week (e.g. signatures, etc)
○ Helping reconcile transactions in Xero
○ Calls to suppliers, etc.
○ Ordering office supplies / equipment
○ General Office Management
§ Buying fruit
§ Errands
○ Handling receipts / expenses and entering them into Xero
○ Updating CRM
• Accounting
○ Scan in receipts
○ Organise receipt renaming on upwork (quarterly)
○ File payslips
○ Paying invoices
○ Updating customer invoices based on monthly subscribers email
• Stock & Shipping
○ Ordering stock
○ Helping assemble stock
○ Testing stock
○ Shipping
○ Returning components to manufacturer
○ Dealing with returns
Requirements:
• Highly dependable and exceptional punctuality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
Great organisation skills with the ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
