Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I have one simple goal...
1. Send a web push notification to 1000 people in one API call.
I believe this can be done with the GCM HTTP API https://developers.google.com/cloud-messaging/http https://developers.google.com/cloud-messaging/http-server-ref
registration_ids. This parameter specifies a list of devices (registration tokens, or IDs) receiving a multicast message. It must contain at least 1 and at most 1000 registration tokens.
I have been researching this for a long time but as you probably know web push notifications are poorly documented and can be very confusing.
I need you to ..
1. Create sample website (JS + service worker) to accept web push notifications.
2. Show me which keys to use and setup.
3. Demo and prove to me that you can send a single push notification to multiple recipients in one api call.
That's it, I don't need you to create any fancy system or anything. I just need you to demo me a working proof of concept.
