Experience Level: Intermediate
Our agency provides customer case study writing services for large UK and European IT companies. We are seeking a native French speaking translator to:
- Set up and interview customers using a set questionnaire
- Record their responses in both French and English
- Proactively chase customer approvals and supporting images
- Liaise with our copywriters and designers
- Produce status reports on work in progress
The ideal candidates will speak fluent French and English, have a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills. Preference will also be given to candidates that are prepared to occasionally travel to our offices in Gillingham, London or Paris.
