A new travel site wanting to grow our social media (Facebook) audience, in fact, we see social as being the key channel of growth/traffic.

We are looking for support in two areas.
Paid Deal Posts
Each deal we post, we support with some light paid Facebook advertising. To date, we have kept this simple, selecting an age range, location and radius and those who like/show an interest in our key competitors and other attributes like parents with children of x age range.
We do not want to overextend in paid search but recognize that in the early stage we want to grow our audience and that there might be optimized opportunities to promote our page and better ways to promote individual deal posts using some of Facebooks Travel intent features.
Organic Growth
This is the key area we want to explore and are looking for someone who can really help us drive this forward. We know that the bulk of our competitor's social audience was acquired organically rather than through paid acquisition.
