Working with Company contract client in O2 retail outlets across the North West. Delivery of mixture of Retail Ops L2 Apprenticeships and stand alone Retail Ops VQâï¿½ï¿½s. The assessor will be responsible for the some sign ups (sourced by Head Office), assessment and maintenance of quality standards as well as auditable paperwork trails and completion within the given timeframe. IV support for the area will be provided and monitoring will be carried out through formative sampling at regular intervals. Pay will be structured around piecemeal work basis, £450 for a full framework and £300 for a standalone VQ. The payments will be split on a 30/20/50% basis. The first 30% will be upon receipt of satisfactory sign up paperwork, 20% upon satisfactory formative IV, and 50% upon satisfactory summative IV. Initially we will be looking for the assessor to deal with a caseload of around 15-20 learners, and we will be looking for a 4 month length of stay.
