Description
Experience Level: Expert
Num. of words: unknown
Topic: Lettings
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: At Letting U Learn, we are seeking experienced letting agents and property professionals (including property lawyers) to join our team of experts and help us create unique and up-to-date training courses for the UK lettings industry.
We are currently seeking a number of course writers for our range of new training courses being launched throughout 2015.
All courses will be commissioned on a freelance/contract basis at a fixed fee for specific content. We require all writers to have at least 5 years industry knowledge, be ARLA (or equivalent) trained and provide us with a current CV showing their industry experience.
If you have experience of delivering training, writing courses or articles already then this would be a bonus.
Course writers and content producers will be credited on our website and recognised as part of our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and eloquent property people.
These freelance contracts would suit a person already working in the industry looking to branch out and share their knowledge or someone working from home that has industry experience they want to use. Also suitable for lettings business owners, experienced UK landlords, lettings service providers, expert property managers or trainers from the industry already.
Other skills required:
• Ability to work to a deadline
• High standard of written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint
• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the UK lettings industry
• A passion for training in the industry
Extensive research needed: yes
Extra notes: Please contact us and send your CV for more information about these contracts. We are happy to have an informal chat with anyone interested in this work. Please note that there may be opportunity for further writing, blogging and course content management for the right candidate.
Thank you
