Our client is a global provider of business telecommunications software.​

The successful candidate will manage our client's reputation in online communications across social media channels and other new media applications.​ You will be responsible for administration and execution of the client's social media presence, serving as the point-of-contact for both participating costumers and internal stakeholders.​

a) Create and implement a formal strategy for identifying/​responding to relevant online conversations.​
b) Develop and forge relationships with key online influencer communities, in order to ensure coverage of our client's latest news.​
c) Relate online customer/​blogger comments to relevant stakeholders and recommend response plan.​
d) Contribute and execute new ideas for the social media programme to help improve customer and media experience
e) Support other PR projects as needed

a) You MUST have proven PR experience - minimum 3-5 years including technology industry knowledge.​
b) Online media experience managing social media or digital editorial content either in an agency or a corporate environment.​
c) Excellent communication skills
d) Qualifications in PR/​New Media or equivalent.​
e) Fluent in written/​verbal English
