Outline & Structure: To ensure our work has been carried out in a satisfactory way and our clients are happy we would like to follow up each installation with a telephone call. The call will question our clients on various aspects of the work carried out to ensure is has been done correctly.

In addition, you will discuss the background of why the client chose to have the work done and how they came to select The London Sash Window Company to do it.

Extra notes: Stage 1: Update from installation team what work has been carried out
At the beginning of each week you will contact the installation manager to know what client projects have been finished the previous week. A list will then be emailed in excel to confirm the name/ telephone details etc and description of works carried out
Stage 2: Carry out Clients Interview
Contact clients by telephone to make sure the installation has been successful (which it should have been) then ask a series of questions to understand their experience of the work.
Some of questions will be prepared to pinpoint areas such “how did you feel about the window fitters? Are you happy with he works? Other questions can be more open and conversation like
Stage 3: Write up the feedback from the client
Using the content of the telephone interview put together a description of the interview using some of the ‘exact words’ that the client has used on the call. 25 to 600 words depending on how vocal the client it.
The feedback is then forwarded to our installation manager and management who can look to see how installers are doing what they should be doing and everyone is happy

Word count of the write up will vary form 25 words to 600 depending on how vocal the client it..
Timescales
Looking to start straight away. This will be an ongoing activity.
4 to 5 client interview each week. (Intended)
Payment
You will be paid per client interview. At the end of each month calculate the total number of reviews posted. Email an invoice to the accounts department for direct payment with 10 days.
