We have a dynamic sales team closing 3-6 contracts per week on average each and looking to expand it to Edinburgh area through a proven formula. You will be provided with adequate training and the tools necessary to meet your targets
Keynoir are flash sales site offering its members fun and indulgence lifestyle and shopping experiences at members' only prices. We are currently based in London, and rapidly expanding to other parts of the UK and into Europe. Our sector is experiencing explosive growth and is attracting the attention of the media and consumers alike. Our Founders are two of the most experienced internet gurus - with expertise in online retail and internet portals. Each individual in our team is committed to creating a special atmosphere for both the members and the partners to ensure that all experiences with our company are memorable. Our investors include PROfounders Capital and Index Ventures - the same people who brought to life LoveFilm, Skype, ASOS, Net-a-Porter, AstleyClarke, among many others.
Our members in areas outside of London are so keen to have us locally, that we are looking to hire Sales Executives in the Leeds/Manchester market. Our Account Executives are an integral part of our team, securing advertising commitments from the most popular and desirable local businesses including restaurants, bars, wellness venues, pampering venues, nightclubs, retailers, events, and travel.
We value contractors just like full-time employees, in fact, several work from our offices in London today. This is a great opportunity to get in at the ground level of an exciting business, and experience more from your city at the same time.
Are you an experienced Sales person? Our sales professionals are proficient in:
- Using SalesForce, developing a target list of potential merchants and assessing the opportunities to work with partners.
- Using a mix of telesales and field visits to secure appointments
- Negotiate terms within guidelines to feature merchants on the email/website/partner sites
- Managing relationships with clients to ensure that our members get the best possible service
- Setting merchant expectations, information gathering and 'on the day' support.
Interested? Our sales professionals have:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience. Online advertising, direct marketing, or local advertising are a real benefit
- Demonstrated top-notch communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels
- Acquired knowledge about web trends (social media, paid search, and advertising)
- Demonstrated self-starting and desire to win
- Worked well under minimum supervision
An average Sales Executive begins to bring in contracts after our short three-week training course provided by Keynoir, some are more successful in a shorter period. Most sales people bring in between 3 and 6 new contracts per week, with the most successful ones achieving 8 to 10.
Compensation (which ever is greater)
- Flat fee of £100 for each contract completed and agreed by the Yield Manager --or
- Unlimited commission of 10% based on the net profit of the sale on the day
