Hi Sarah,
That's a long list of duties—why a single freelancer vs. an agency equipped with a team of multiple specialists?
Or are you OK with an individual who's great at some things and satisfactory at others? e.g. Most writers aren't great networkers; most great networkers aren't great at "data cleansing"; etc.
Does social media fall under "PR" and is therefore part of this position? I noticed your Facebook and Twitter numbers are quite low, and a good percentage of the comments on your Instagram posts are from self-promoters rather than customers and brand evangelists.
And I noticed your site is down, presumably because you're working behind the scenes on something secret. (Don't worry, I won't tell anyone...) Is this "something" part of this job?
Regards,
JosephSarah B.08 Mar 2018To start with I'm amazed at how you think you know my business model when in-fact you know nothing about it.
Secondly my reason for not working with an agency is from experience they rip you off and are all talk and promises and delivery very little for a massive fee.
I'm a people person and all about having a high skilled team together who can utilise their skills and make the brand a brand to be proud of working with and developing. As for Facebook and Twitter I don't like so don't use. As for Instagram my direct messages of orders and invites speaks volumes. As for the customised website it's not down, it's an exciting platform that is more than some cheap wordpress pull together site.
As for your interest in this role - you are exactly the kind of person that doesn't fit my brand.

SarahJoseph S.08 Mar 2018Hi Sarah,
I'm unsure where I referenced your "business model" or stated my knowledge of it—care to fill me in?
Similarly, you're a "people person" and like having a "team", but you don't want to work with an agency... which is by definition a team of people... So are you then putting together a team of specialised freelancers capable of performing all these duties to a high standard or still intent on having a single freelancer handle them all?
You don't like Facebook and Twitter, so will the existing profiles soon be deleted in order to protect your brand from the negative PR of their less-than-stellar performances?
And if cocoonactivewear.com (the link on your Twitter and Instagram profiles) is your website, then it's down—i.e. not accessible and giving me a "This site can’t be reached" error screen. Or as it states on your Instagram, it's "under maintenance." (I'm not sure what your WordPress comment is referring to, because I didn't mention WP.)
I hope you're doing OK.
Regards,
Joseph
P.S. Before another seller asks, it would be helpful if you included the hours and hourly rate for this job.
