Experience Level: Intermediate
A conscientious and highly effective telesales person is required to sell 12 places on a Myers Briggs Leadership program running in May.

Qualities we are looking for:

-Proven experience of selling training or coaching services
-Experience selling to Human Resources depts, business managers, and decision-makers
-Good excel spreadsheet skills, able to accurately update our spreadsheet with information gathered about the customer
-A driven self-starter with a highly developed sales process. This includes open questioning, closing, being able to classify and handle objections etc.
-Someone who takes the time to understand our services and is able to clearly communicate our unique selling points
-Proactive account management skills. This includes providing daily updates on your progress and working with us to develop an effective and compelling value proposition

The campaign will be supported by a mail shot to the data list in advance. We will provide support in form of letters, marketing materials and a data list. We will also provide the successful applicant with a detailed briefing of the training day. We are available throughout the engagement to answer any questions you have. We expect the successful telesales person to develop an open relationship with us providing suggestions on how we can improve the process.

If the telesales person successfully sells all of the places on the program we would then discuss creating a long-term relationship as we are looking to outsource our telesales on a permanent basis. This will involve making contact with organisations and setting-up meetings on an ongoing basis.

We want the telesales person to be successful in the role so they can choose whether they do half days or whole days. The standards we expect from the telesales person are high but not unrealistic.

The position is due to start in 2 weeks; the recruitment process will include a telephone interview and supply of references.
