Excel working spreadsheet

I have a spreadsheet which some built for me ages ago and i now need to change some of the calculations and cannot so i need someone to either fix what i have or replicate it for me so that it works. We get issues like this all of the time so this is not a one off as I dont have enough work to hire someone nearly full time so having it done project by project is ideal.
This is the spreadsheet. I have lost the way with this one so to avoid any further misunderstanding here is what i have or want. I want a spreadsheet that allows me to in put certain key information such as hourly rate, and additional costs such as a team leaders etc to enable me to simply put in my desired margin and work out my charge rate.

I would have at most 5 tabs into which i would put details and then the fifth tab becomes to "quote" if you like. The attached is the last one I used but someone tried to change it for me to reflect our newest costs and managed to bugger it up completely.
