Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I want some simple code/user interface to quickly and automatically take two columns of data from an excel spreadsheet sort them by date and save them to a newly created .CSV page. I do this job manually which takes a few minutes I want to be able to do it in a few seconds.
for more details See tabs "Daily period analyses" and "workings" on the sheet "DemoInput&Workings" for detail of what needs to be done and see sheet "FinalOutput" for the output I require
So on the demo sheet I am taking cols A &B on tab "dailyperiodanalyses" then on the workings page sorting those cols by date (to reverse the order so it reads by line oldest first most recent date last) then cumulating the individual values in col B by date to give a running cumulative total and then transferring it to the.csv file were the cumulative totals are duplicated over cols B,C,D,E.
