Experience Level: Intermediate
Hi, I am looking for some regular help to create and process timesheets using on-line systems and by transferring data to and from Excel documents.

The work is roughly about one day per week and the requirement will run until the end of the year with the possibility to extend to end Jan.

The work is home based and has some flexibility but will need 3-4 hours on a Friday afternoon plus about an hour on a Tuesday afternoon/evening. The remaining time can fit in whenever between the Friday and Tuesday.

If you are interested you MUST be 100% committed to working during these times, every week. You MUST have your own phone, reliable PC, MS Office software and be VERY comfortable using Excel, accessing the internet and using email for professional business communication.

You must also be willing to take occasional calls from me during the week and work to the existing processes we have in place for completing the work.

The work requires excellent attention to detail and guaranteed commitment. There will be a short handover from the current person who is carrying out the work as she is going on maternity leave.
