We build a system to make automatic invoices. In Excel and we uses different Macro's in VBA.
We can create PDF's and when I click on the button "Maak PDF" (it's dutch for Create PDF), you can save the PDF to your computer. After that the information about the invoice is writing to the TAB Historie and the TAB FACTUREREN is empty.
The next thing won't work:
We are also having a tab "To bill". And we past here the list of customers we need to send a bill. Details of the small list: the number of Debtor, description, VAT-% and VAT-amount and Amount (excluding VAT). What we would like is that when we click on "Maak PDF" that all lines of Tab To Bill are linked to the TAB Factureren and that it will automatically make a new PDF file per line, untill all lines are done.
Also I would like that we can save all files to a custom map on my computer and the name of the invoice must be the Invoice Number.
When you open the document, you can also see a button "Maak PDF en verstuur via Outlook" (It's dutch for Create PDF and sent through Outlook). It would be great if we can also use this, that mails are saved in Outlook in the folder concepts (with text and invoice etc.) Just like it's working now.
