Description
We need to demonstrate how the development:
a) Complies with Merton’s Core Planning Strategy Policy CS15 Climate Change (parts a-d) and the Policies in outlined in Chapter 5 of the London Plan.
b) Outline how the development will achieve a 19% improvement on Buildings Regulations 2013 Part L and submit BRUKL output documentation to demonstrate this improvement.
c) Achieve internal water usage rates not in excess of 105 litres per person per day, equivalent to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
d) Details of how the development will meet sustainability policy objectives must be outlined in detail within the Design and Access Statement or within a separate energy strategy / sustainability statement. This must include a breakdown of how emissions reductions are achieved at each level of the energy hierarchy in order to comply with Policy 5.2D of the London Plan 2015.
e) Include detailed evidence to demonstrate compliance with regional and local sustainability policies (London Plan and Core Strategy Climate Change Polices ). We need to include detailed evidence to demonstrate compliance with local and regional sustainability policies.
Would ideally like the above finalised by Monday to meet the council's deadline. Looking for someone who has experience with this before.

Hi Syed
Thanks for inviting me to this job.
Energy Sustainability architecture is my favorite subject and what I'm studying the latest material and methods to use them for my new projects.
However I'm very interested to help you, but in order to give you an accurate quote, please provide me with more information. the proposed design and plans, and information about the site with any further information which you think will be necessary for me to know
Thanks, waiting for your response
Regards
SheilaSyed A.07 Dec 2016Hi Sheila,
I have updated the description to include the plans. There will be minor changes (mainly relating to making the extension 1m shorter, and changing the dimensions of the Ground Floor bedrooms.
It is a 3-bed Victorian mid-terrace house - non double-glazed with gas central heating (but a very old boiler), and timber external doors. No loft insulation, and all original non-insulated walls. I can provide any other information you requireSheila H.07 Dec 2016Hi Syed, thanks for your quick response.
I have to deliver a project which its deadline is today. Since part of the project is related to structure design, I'm going to review this project with my structure engineer tomorrow and revert back to you at the soonest. Will that be OK with you?
