Key skills required include:
1. Structured thinking: the ability to collate factual information from existing examples
2. Research: the ability to research new factual information
3. Questioning: do we need more information, does the structure work for audiences etc.
4. Storytelling: marshalling information into a linear narrative, so that there’s a sensible order for facts to appear
5. Creativity: the ability to use the tools of e-learning (text, exercises, video, examples/stories, animations, quizzes etc. to bring the facts to life within the constraints of the e-learning system and budgets
6. Writing: (of course!) creating courses which are clear, concise, linear, explanatory, etc.
Please send any questions, which I will share with all applicants to clarify the work.
You need to be UK based and a native English speaker.

I am looking for a pool of good candidates to use.
Samples of previous work will be available.
We will require you to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Many thanks for your interest!
Extensive research needed: yes
