Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
I am looking for somebody to supply a job board e-commerce site where buyers and sellers can buy and sell/offer: temporary jobs; part-time jobs and even full time jobs and projects at an hourly rate or daily rate.

The site should have standard functionality such as projects need approval by site administrator prior to their listing; buyers and sellers should have the ability to edit their details anytime and users use a username with picture or avatar. This is a new venture. It will be focused on one sector (eg. marketing) and users (sellers, buyers). I must be able to add and modify the sub-sectors within that sector (eg. online marketing, key account management). Customers (buyers) to be able to rate the freelancers and give feedback.

Please identify programming language/CMS you plan to use. Must be robust! Please also provide URLs of any reference sites you have worked on.

For each job posting the buyer will be able to provide project name or description (searchable in the site via keyword) and additional information via several text boxes that can be activated, such as to identify: sector (eg. government, health, leisure, banking); revenues (to give customer idea of scale of the seller's business); number of employees; specific qualifications or knowledge required; start date (asap; number of weeks; months); likely duration (number of weeks/months).

For each project /job posting the seller will be able to record any particulars such as skill sets (management skills, technical skills) and identify to buyer any particular abilities/knowledge required (importance ranked on a scale 1-10); location - which can be remote/city/county; upload CV if desired; name/avatar; space for 200 words of extra information.

I will need to be able to make modifications to the site myself, so will need source code etc. May also future help in future from the person delivering this. The site should be able to cope with 100s jobs/freelance opportunities - hopefully 1000s if the business grows well.
Site will include menus - drop down menus with info' on how to post a project, browse jobs, how it works etc, payment methods. Pages should be Twitter, bookmark & share etc enabled. The site will include a blog etc.; space for Google ads on each page.

Any questions to improve understanding please ask since constructive suggestions and advice is welcome.
