Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Our agency provides customer case study writing services for large UK and European IT companies. We are seeking a native Dutch speaking translator to:
- Set up and interview our client\'s customers by telephone or video using a set questionnaire
- Record and translate their responses into English
- Liaise with our English copywriters
- Translate the final English case study into Dutch
- Request customer approvals and supporting images
The ideal candidate will speak fluent Dutch and English; have a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills. Preference will also be given to candidates that are prepared to travel to any of our offices in Gillingham or Staines to conduct the interview over video conference.
An understanding of IT is preferable but not essential as the case study will be written by our English copywriters. We anticipate the first project to take 12 hours to complete.
