Hi Mark,
Are you open for GDPR Ready, Responsive web system to capture clients signatures and PII details via mobile device/pc, during Vehicle document verification phase?
Do you also want document collection to be online or would you prefer physical exchange of documents for processing? to cut down the compliance issues.
Kindly suggest so that I can put across my bid accordingly
I look forward to your reply.
Regards,
AndyMark H.22 Mar 2018Hi Andy and thanks for your message. The process is more analogue compared to what you're saying! Some photos are taken at the appointment which are relayed by email. The signed documents are posted. The appointment can be done in 15 minutes, the fastest I've completed one is 6 minutes. You should take into account that you have to go to a solicitor (usually they will see you without an appointment) and to the Post Office.
Spaculus S.22 Mar 2018Hi Mark,
Initial information of client with ability to upload photos taken via mobile device & signature via mobile on few documents can be implemented via a responsive web app & a copy of email sent to both the client and server and admins email.
Then the rest of the documents can be taken personally for the Attorney purpose.

Hi, I dont live in Kent but thanks for the invitation. Due to the Consumer Credit Regulations, the Consumer Contract Regulations, Distance Selling Regulations and the upcoming GDPRs, I can see some major weaknesses in your business model, with high risk areas for enforcibility of your 'paperwork'. Would you like your documents reviewed for compliance issues?
Mark H.21 Mar 2018Hi and thanks for your message. I'm still finding my way around this platform so apologies if I incorrectly invited you. The firm involves has its own Compliance Officer, so I believe everything will be covered. I appreciate the approach though. Regards.
Low cost Legal ..22 Mar 2018Hi I wasn't referring to a Compliance Officer - I'm specifically mentioning your contracts and Ts&Cs documents. Based on the way you are proposing your contracts are signed, you have the 'cooling off' period (CCRs) to consider. Your contracts could potentially be ruled invalid based on the little description you raised. You can private message me if you wish to explore this further. kind regards.
