You mention recruitment Adrian but this is a site for freelance resource.
I just wanted to clarify, as you maybe new to the system Adrian, that Invoicing where required would be facilitated via PPHAdrian B.21 Sep 2017I think it's best we agree this role is not for you. Thank you for your questions and comments, they have been noted. All the best.
Francis E.21 Sep 2017Sorry Adrian. Your comments suggest that you don't feel it appropriate to contribute to the platform in a manner that's appropriate. That's not an organisational trait that's enduring. As mentioned it's not a recruitment site.

Who is likely going to be responsible for developing the content Adrian?
Adrian B.19 Sep 2017This role will be responsible for producing fit-for-purpose course content and materials, as stated in the specification.
Francis E.19 Sep 2017It mentions presenting courses, it mentions course material and it mentions a day rate I would associate with presenting a 4-5 hour course.
I had no idea after reading the Brief what a typical day would consist of, which maybe because those details plus how many contracted in days per month you might require Adrian.
Your chosen close date of 13th most likely won't tie in with PPH's job posting duration. It's usual to keep all comms here to protect both parties in case of a dispute. Your ad looks like it expires before you will allocate work
