Description
We mainly require our digital fabric data to be printed on 100% SILK TWILL 14mm. ( Scarf size approx 95cm x 95 cm )
We are also looking for SILK/WOOL for our Pashmina style scarves. ( Scarf size approx 136 cm x 190 cm )
All our digital files are ready for printing, so only respond if you are ready to print straight away. We can give you samples to print immediately.
Our SILK TWILL scarves also must have HAND-ROLLED EDGES such as seen on high-end silk fashion scarves such as produced by Hermes, Gucci, Chanel, etc. You MUST be able to provide a HAND-ROLL service, or have a source that can finish off the scarves. If you do NOT know what a HAND-ROLLED edge/hem is on a silk scarf then you are not the right company for us to work with.
Our SILK/WOOL Pashmina style scarves have a 1.5cm fringe edge ( aka eyelash fringe ). You must know how to do this, or have a source than can do this.
We are based in the United Kingdom but are happy to work with anyone in any country if you are professional and reliable. This will be a continued job of work over the next few years.
NO MAN MADE FABRICS. NO POLY-COTTON. NO POLY-SILK. NO SYNTHETIC FABRICS. NO MACHINE HEMMING.

I am waiting for the samples despatch to me. Hemming is also being done here by hands and fringe is no problem which I may put directly during weaving or even select hand working staff from the market done it professionally. Everything is done only the sample swatches are required to judge the quality of the fabric as there are too many types of pure silk yarns here.

Andrew P.22 Jan 2018Dear Sir,
Thank you for your message. Although there's no problem getting fabric printed in the UK (and it's usually done very well), the real issue is the finishing off of the product such as the hand-rolling on the edges of the silk scarves. We have tried over and over to get this done in the UK, and it's incredibly hard to find someone reliable who can do it well. But I will research your information, and I appreciate you making contact.
With regards,
Andrew
