Hi,
Design a double side A4 (2 side) brochure for a car park reservation product. You can get some information on what this product is at www.parkmagic.net as well as a view on colour schema etc. I also attach the current version which was done in a 'case study' type format.
We use these brochures as Product Descriptions. They are intended to be given by our sales team to the owners/operators of car parks and to indicate to each stakeholder in the car park finance/operations/owner etc what advantages they can expect if they adopt our system when deploying a reservation system or when replacing an existing one.
I have uploaded some slides that attempt to indicate what I see as the main messages for each stakeholder.they will need to be rationalised in any final proof but it is difficult to do that without seeing the design concept and having an idea what kind of real estate there is to be played with. Ultimately I expect that we will have to refine the message somewhat:)
What I am looking for here is a high impact , visually appealing sales support document that tells a story succinctly and memorably. While we dont want to impede creativity we need to maintain some visual links to our brand, that may be accommodating our logo or colours (I can supply Pantone refs when project starts) or other design cues.
The deadline I have is 10 Sept . The deliverable will be the printer ready high res file as well as separate files for any artwork/iconry. etc.
This brochure is planned to be the first in a revamp of our set so some attention should be paid to layout re usability - while we don't necessarily want cookie cutter we do want to be able to identify them as a 'family'. Since we do want to create a new model for our brochures we will expect some iterations but not endless tweaking! We are reasonable people! We decided this time to throw it open to the wider world and see whats out there!
