Description of requirements/functionality: CURRENTLY WE ARE USING EXCEL FOR ALL OF OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT NEEDS BUT WE HAVE OUT GROWN THE EXCEL AND ITS FRANKLY MAKING A JOB HARDER AND WE HAVE SEVERAL EXCEL SHEETS.
CURRENTLY THE EXCEL SHEETS WE HAVE HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
THE AVAILABILITY OF THE APARTMENTS
THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTIES
THE ELECTRICITY METER READINGS OF PROPERTIES,
THE LAST BILL OF PROPERTIES
AND MORE.
WE NEED A SOFTWARE THAT WILL DO ALL THE THINGS WE CURRENTLY HAV EXCEL DOING AND ALSO UPDATE AUTOMATICALLY AND SHARE WITH PEOPLE WE CHOOSE.

Can you give me more information please? How many kinds of user are there? What sorts of views of the data will they have? Is it going to be an online system or is it only for use within an office?
