Database required for a government department. Approximately 1700 clients with an addiitional 100 clients monthly. We need to capture & monitor detailed information on these clients. On the other side we need to record, monitor detailed information in respect of some some 60 odd providers. Database functionality to include front end, reporting capability and automation. Initial specification reveals that: An estimated 9 main tables with 12 lookup tables; possibly 200 queries; 28 reports including customisation and 30 forms are needed. Expertise in MS-Access, MS-Excel and VBA is essential as well as experience in database design and build. Knowledge and experience of using SQL databases would be an advantage. It is envisaged that in-house analytical support will be provided as first draft speficiation has been written. Length of project 3-4 months to begin in Jan/Feb 09.
