MarketHub is part of SES imagotag the World's largest latest digital pricing company with over 14,000 retail stores live globally. MarketHub develops in store trading analysis software for retailers that is seamlessly linked to SES imagotag in store digital pricing displays.
At Markethub our goal is to provide our customers with the tools to collect, analyse and act on their data to increase their sales, margin and reduce their waste.
MarketHub is looking for a naturally intuitive individual who deeply understands digital engagement behaviour. The candidate must have the ability to analyse and interpret data and be able to support our customer's with key customer engagement tools such as Intercom which lifts data from the software and delivers it to the retailers via "To Do" recommendations that are simple and easily understood so they can act upon them.
We are looking for someone who could play a key role in our digital engagement team as a freelance team member who is get's data, who get's engagement and who understands human behaviour. MarketHub customers are driven by our trading data derived from the retailers stores and analysed through our analysis tool called 'Pulse"
The candidate doesn't need a lot of experience they just need to be able to learn quickly,
What are our product goals
Stickiness: The retailer must want and can easily add our products into their daily or weekly workload
What will set us apart? Complete Integration from Pulse to ESL & to the Self Learning Plans
ROI: We must design our tools to clearly report on and track performance so ROI can be derived and tracked without question
The Desktop: An over reliance on desktop analysis will bring us closer to “me too” BI tools - we are bringing the data on to the shop floor
So What! – Our recommendations need to be clear, highly relevant and easy to execute
