Hello. I am the Customer Service Manager here at PPH with a fantastic opportunity for you to help service our PPH Members. Initially, we need help to cover team holidays although, requirements may be ongoing...

Based at our London office the role includes:

- Answering calls from our Clients & Freelancers
- Reviewing Job postings and performing various integrity checks
- Responding to emails from our Clients & Freelancers
- Reporting on Key Performance Indicators and maintaining Service Levels

Some of the skills we are looking for:

- Excellent phone manner, a natural communicator
- Excellent written skills; used to dealing with CS tasks by phone and email
- Exceptionally detailed and methodical
- Able to deal with high work loads and multi-task

Basically, you need to be incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about Customer Service and demonstrate this in everything you do!
