MD of UK recruitment internet business requires...

1 hour of help per day (Mon to Friday between 4pm and 5pm)
For October and November (possibly longer).

You will be...

-- Answering customer support emails from pre-written templates

-- Looking up information on our website to solve customer challenges

--Phoning between 2 and 5 customers per day to get more information or solve a challenge

-- Performing other tasks (research/admin) to make the time up to 1 hour per day when necessary.

You must be...

-- UK based (as it\'s a UK service)

-- Have an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

-- Exceptional level attention to detail

-- Have a home office/area where you can speak on the phone without background noise (dogs barking/babies crying/children etc)

-- Have access to a PC with broadband and be able to set up an email account in Outlook Express, Windows mail or Outlook (we will supply details for the account)

-- Be available from 4pm to 5pm Monday to Friday UK time on MSN Messenger (I will show you how to set this up, it takes 3 minutes)

-- Be quick to learn with a positive, hard-working attitude
