Experience Level: Entry
We are a virtual office and training provider and we are looking for someone who is not only telephone trained with the ability to answer incoming calls of every nature, but also who has experience of lead generation and most importantly a knack of converting leads to sales You will receive commission on any personal sales you make.
You will be a self starter, very customer service focused, have an excellent telephone etiquette, be a fast typist, good with MS Office/internet and above all 'reliable'.
The role can either be part time based at our home office (will be moving into offices in near future), or as many hours as you can manage virtually.
Part time office - Mon-Wed afternoons 1.30pm-5.30pm (or there abouts). Meets national minimum wage.
Virtual/remote - Mon-Wed/Thurs all day. You will need a fast broadband connection, spare port on your router/modem, a quiet area to work. Ideally with your own VoiP account but I can help with this. Self employed basis you will invoice me monthly. Fees to be agreed depending on how this will work.
Your role will primarily be phone based and will entail:
Answering incoming calls for our call answering clients, logging them onto a spreadsheet, emailing messages.
Order processing/handling any queries/ring backs for certain clients
Generating and following up sales leads
Making outgoing telesales calls and converting to sales.
If based at our office other admin/office tasks may be required if phones are quiet.
We average 20-80 calls per day so on quieter days you will focus on the selling.
Ideally you will live on the North Hants/Surrey/Berks borders as I would need to meet up initially and provide equipment.
Please no time wasters, non-commitals, in between jobbers or those of you with family commitments. This is an ongoing position and for the right person who performs well it could mean a permanent position but it will be solely down to you!
