We are a small manufacturing business producing highly exclusive and customised cases and promotional products for equipment protection and presentation purposes. We are in the early stages of significantly increasing our sales and marketing activities as well as developing new export markets.
During these early days of this transition process we are in need of office assistance with regard to handling customer enquiries, ongoing customer contact, preparing quotes and coordinating orders in progress.
It is therefore very important that you have good skills in customer contact and communicating with people.
In parallel we need assistance with managing the office functions like dealing with and ordering from suppliers and secretarial services ensuring that the office is running (organising, filing, database updating, correspondance, external communication etc.).
There will also be a possibility to work with part of our marketing related to coordinating advertising in magasines and on the internet - in cooperation with our graphic designer.
Further there will be some PA ad hoc tasks for the director.
Scope of assistance prob. 10-25 hours per week.
