The successful individual will contribute to House of Hackney’s team to deliver exceptional customer services to our clients during our busy Christmas season. You will be responsible engaging with our customers over the telephone, live chat and email. House of Hackney is a fast growing brand and you will be working with a team of 4 across customer services and dispatch. Christmas is a busy and rewarding time for the business and we are looking for someone enthusiastic with a positive outlook.
ROLE DURATION
November 14th - December 24th, minimum of 16 hours P/W. Some weekends may be required
COULD YOU DO THIS?
- Handling customer contact via Phone, Live Chat and Emails
- Satisfying customer requests to the highest standard and within service levels
- Responding to customer correspondence promptly and to the highest standards, including complaint resolution
- Ensuring accurate recording and logging of all contact using Zendesk and/or Brightpearl systems
- Demonstrating and representing House of Hackney’s brand values to our customer
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties & projects which may be required/necessary as part of the role
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experience of having worked in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively via multi-channel media (telephone, chat and email) with customers, demonstrating customer focus and empathy.
- Ability to handle conflict
- The ability to keep calm under pressure
- IT skills: working knowledge of Google docs, Microsoft word, Excel
