I am looking to see if anyone on PPH has Fitness industry knowledge and experience to create a custom workout and mealplan to my specific but reasonable specifications.
I am seeking a Workout plan for a male - 40 Minutes max - 4-5 days per week.
Focused on strength and fat-burning - using some compound movements etc.
Accompanied by an easy to follow Meal Plan -
Needs to be easy to prep;
Don't mind repeating meals during the week.
Must be easy to follow;
Must be budget-friendly.
Happy to take questions.
