I'm looking for a custom theme for a wordpress site. The theme needs to make use of the wordpress plugins currently used on the site, as well as being able to use other plugins at a later date. I am using wordpress for a static page site, and not a blog site. I have content on the site, and it is getting found on relevant searches already, so this template is to build on the look of the site, but needs to meet seo standards.

I require the template to:

Pass WC3 standards for all the template pages along with any CSS files used.
I would like to be able to edit the images used on the template if required at a later date, so will require any psd files and image templates. I currently have a logo for the site, but I am looking into getting this changed.
SEO Friendly & Optimised to rank highly providing the content and keywords is present.
An editable and customisable footer to include category lists for navigation, plus logo's and links to memberships and other such site, and not just a Copy Right General notice thats normally found in a wordpress theme.
Include Social Media and bookmarking buttons for various sites.

Please include as much detail as possible on the template build when you submit your bid.

About me: I am a freelancer myself working with Online Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing and Affiliate Marketing. I have worked with both large and small companies. I am also a Holistic Therapist. This is for my Holistic Chi Therapy site and I have the tools to get a highly ranked site with the right template.

I am not interested in working outside of PPH as the system will protect me as a client, and you as a freelancer.

I'm easy to work with, but as everyone does, I have high standards.
