Create responsive design for existing asp.net site

I need someone to create a responsive design for my website which was done using asp.net 3.5 and web forms model with a master page. So when the user comes to the site it transforms according to the responsive layout rules into a mobile or a table friendly view.

I have 2 more similar sites to convert for the successful candidate but this project is just for one.
You can use any mobile/responsive design technology like twitter bootstrap, etc.
