Database management system (DBMS): MySQL
Description of requirements/functionality: Looking to create a database that customers with food allergens can use to identify items from menus that they can consume safely.
The database can be in any format, but must be usable using a webpage which is optimised for use on a tablet or smart phone.
Extra notes: Very rough layout attached.
Step 1 - customer will select from a list of restaurants (5 on list)
Step 2 - customer will select menu based on the restaurant chosen in step 1
Step 3 - customer will identify items they are allergic to (14 options, they may select any number 0-14)
Step 4 - customer will identify dietry requirement (4 options, they may select any number 0-4)
Step 5 - The customer is presented with a formatted menu showing what items they can eat from the menu based on the selection made in steps 1-4.
