role Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become a member of a dynamic team providing key insights to the Energy Customer Services department.
Reporting to a Learning & Development Consultant, you will be immersed within the ECS department to best assess our quality and knowledge through call listening and provide key recommendations that make a tangible and measurable difference.
Working closely with the L&D team and department managers, you will be a brand ambassador utilising your vast amount of knowledge around ECS processes and systems, making you an expert in your field.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate a wide range of calls (e.g. compliance, complaints, knowledge and quality assurance)
- Spend at least 1 day a month taking departmental calls
- Provide call quality feedback and recommendations that explain things in a clear and concise manner
- Identify and recommend Learning Portal courses, to Advisors and Team Leaders that could improve knowledge and quality
- Identify and highlight trends to the L&D Consultant that require improvement
- Keep up to date with communication, changes, processes and knowledge requirements
- Analyse learning needs with the team
- Conduct regular call calibration sessions to ensure consistency and alignment
- Conduct regular ‘Topic of the Month’ sessions to share best practice
- Identify best practice calls that can be used in any learning experience
- Identify Albert content that requires corrections and updates, through call listening
