We’re creating an integrated marketing campaign to market the carpet and end of tenancy cleaning services offered by City Clean Express, a cleaning company based in Greater London.
We need a professional copywriter to draft wording for:
- x2 double-sided A5 printed flyers
1. Headline (with ideas for an associated image, ideally)
2. Desire Hook – 2-4 lines
3. Call to Action - reference the online landing page
4. Contact Details – business logo, business name
- x2 online landing pages (up to 1,000 words each)
We're NOT looking for the norm! Must be able to produce disruptive, bold copy that reaches beyond the typical pre-conceived ideas of a good ‘cleaning’ flyer.
In addition to carpet cleaning, the print flyers will be marketing City Clean Express’ 'Pay As You Go' cleaning – which gives customers the opportunity to spread the cost of their tenancy clean over 3, 6 or 10 months (something no other local competitor is doing). The call to action should prompt a visit to the associated online landing page for the service, which will be hosted at citycleanexpress.com and ultimately lead to customer booking a clean online.
Copy must also be written for the online landing pages (as noted above).
We have not yet reached the design phase for the flyers or the landing pages as we’re starting with the copy first which will drive the creative.
Requirements:
- Must be a native-English speaker
- Experienced in writing engaging sales copy/marketing literature for both print and online mediums.
- With testimonials – you’ll need to show a track record of success with clients. – We need to see that the copy you’ve written has worked to produce actual results in driving sales.
Please be sure to send through links to your portfolio or include writing samples and any relevant testimonials.
Full details about City Clean Express and the services to be promoted on each flyer and landing page will be furnished to the winning bidder.
