I currently use the e107 content management system to run my site, but intend changing to Wordpress sometime in the near future. My current site includes an integrated ecommerce plugin
This plugin has been customised to a certain extent, allowing users to pay offline, by generating an invoice - a feature which I have yet been able to find in any Wordpress ecommerce plugin.
I am looking for someone to take the code for the e107 plugin and convert it to a Wordpress plugin, and incorporate the following changes:
* Implementation a weight-based shipping option - ie each product has a weight (in grams) - to calculate the postage the site adds up the total weight of the order and applies a delivery cost against a sliding scale set in the admin interface.
* Add two extra stages in the sales process - currently there is "pending", "paid" and "completed"... I would like to add "Ready for Collection/Delivery", then "Delivered/Collected" between "paid" and "completed" - including email notification and tab in the orders admin page.
* The introduction of a feature which sends an email to the customer if they purchase a product from a particular category. For example - they buy a place on one of our sailing activities (which are all in the "Sailing" category as individual products), so the shop sends them an email which has been specificed in the "Add category" page of the admin section.
