We are a leading UK start-up in the innovation space. Our idea management platforms helps large companies innovate with employee ideas. We sell mainly to CXOs and the heads of innovation at large companies with 2,000 to 150,000+ employees. Customers include British Airways, British Gas, Virgin Trains, Sainsbury’s as well as numerous other FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies.
2. What do we need?
We are looking for a person with experience in enterprise SaaS sales to help us come up with a new sales deck. Though we are no greenhorns when it comes to selling to large enterprises, we do look for advice and guidance to help us optimise our approach to sales decks.
So far, our sales decks have been quite personalised (we arrange discovery calls beforehand) and often a bit long, sometimes maybe a bit too technical.
Example questions we ask ourselves:
• How should we structure our sales decks?
• How long should it be?
• How much text should it have?
• How aspirational should it be?
• E.g. the short and highly visual Zuora example (https://medium.com/the-mission/the-greatest-sales-deck-ive-ever-seen-4f4ef3391ba0) vs the more traditional 30 slide sales deck we use.
• How much/little platform-specific slides should it have?
• How should the deck change with
3. What could the collaboration with you look like?
This might be a couple of calls or in-person sessions to strategise with you. We’d be happy to walk you through our platform, target personas, sales process and, of course, the current master deck. From there on, it would be good to get your feedback, insights, and experience to help us craft something more appropriate.

General advice on our strategy; it's really just about the deck.
