Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: IT consulting company
Description of requirements/functionality: replacing a 5505 and adding vlans. 4 public ip addresses on the outside, need to map to 3 vlans on the inside.
vlan 1 is for computers & servers
vlan 2 is for av equipment
vlan 3 is for a security system
public address 1 is gateway and nat for all devices on vlan 1
public address 2 routes http & https to a rds server on vlan1
public address 3 is gateway and nat for devices on vlan 2
public address 4 is gateway and nat for devices on vlan 3
each vlan connected to its own Ethernet port
several internal devices on each vlan will need to be accessible from the outside by forwarded ports
the 5506 should provide dhcp services to vlans 2 & 3 on separate subnets
Extra notes: there are 2 cisco s300 series switches that need to be set to handle the vlans. one will be dedicated to vlan1, the other will be split between vlan 2 and vlan 3. ruckus zd1100 with 5 r700 accesspoints needs to serve all 3 vlans. if you can handle this too that would be great. i'd be happy with scripts to do it or I could provide remote access to the interfaces.
