FKI will hire professionals and experts coming from Africa to conduct workshops, training sessions, and conferences at different universities in a bid to share field experience with students. The purpose of the workshops is to build students’ capacity, enhance their knowledge, and empower them with the required tools to compete in the development job market.
A project proposal is needed by the consultant to identify several universities or colleges in the United States. This can be done by means of face-to-face or phone interviews to ascertain their needs for the proposed workshops, training sessions, and conferences as described above.
