Experience Level: Expert
Can you produce a logo that oozes class and understated excellence?
We are a small but established business within the medical aesthetics industry and are about to go through a re-branding exercise. We will be keeping the company name but would like to produce a new company logo which will set the foundation for the whole brand and 'feel' for the company going forward.
The logo must be clean and precise (for the medical side), but also portray warmth (for the aesthetics side). Being a logo, we'd obviously like it to be instantly recognisable and have a strong image, but, it must not be brash. The logo must be designed to shine on both printed media and on screen.
If I had to think of a key word to underpin the image we want to portray it would be understated: understated excellence; understated class; understated professionalism.
I think the best way to approach this task would be to split the project into two parts:
Part One - supply initial concept designs;
Part Two - refine and supply the finalised logo in all suitable formats for everyday business stationary and marketing use, glossy advertising media and web display. We will require full copyright ownership of the logo upon completion and payment.
We will, hopefully, accept two bids to undertake Part One of the project. We will then select one concept from those put forward, the bidder who produced that particular design will then go on to undertake Part Two of the project.
As such, if interested, please quote two fees: one to undertake Part One and another fee to cover Part Two should you be successful in Part One.
I hope this all makes sense, please feel free to ask any questions if any further clarification is required.
Thank-you in advance for your bids.
