Experience Level: Intermediate
I am forming a new company shortly and would like to hire someone to complete certain duties. My company will only have a small number of transactions each month (probably less than 5 a month initially) and will only be earning a small amount of money. It is a private limited company of which I will be the sole shareholder, director and employee.

I require you to assist me in completing all my companies house duties (annual accounts, etc), manage all my tax for both my corporation and myself (this business will be my only income). Manage all the payroll (I will be the only person on it). And all other legal requirements. I have a limited knowledge of companies but am slowly learning so I would need you to remind me of when you require certain information to perform my companies legal duties.

This job should not be too demanding as I will only have a small number of transactions and I understand most tasks are only annual. I do not require constant updates on my financial situation all I ask is every month you just send me an update of my general financial situation (ie, an estimate of how much tax I will need to pay at the end of the year).

So generally I need you to complete all the legal requirements of a private limited company in the United Kingdom and my personal tax (whch will be the very small wage I will draw from the company). I will also need you to advise me on tax methods, etc.
