Experienced community manager wanted for moderation of new social network site. We need someone who can set community standards and enforce them via site admin and moderation tools. Role includes message board moderation, investigating and banning reported users, chat log inspection and other general moderation tasks. Would like respondents to give examples of sites they have worked on and an hourly rate - we expect to agree weekly hours later and they are likely to increase as the site's user base grows.
