Commision based sales to schools of Educational Workshops

i hav rececently started a small business providing educational workshops to schools and educational institutes across the UK. these workshops are created to target different topics for different age groups. all of the workshops are educational and based on the current curriculum as well as taking into account current issues. i require a talented salesperson to call schools and sell these workshops. the sales would probably be done over the phone but its up to you how you approach this. the main problem is getting through to the right person when calling a school, it may be the head of year 8 or the g&t co odinator that has the funding so you must be able to get through reception and talk to the people that matter. i have a website and course outlines and other marketing material that can be made available as well as lists of schools and contacts made previousley. This role would suit a sales person who has a knowledge of education and the issues and problems faced in this environment. THere are a lot of grants and funding made available and a knowlege of this area would be of great advantage. schools are preparing for exams then will be breaking up for the summer holidays so they will be very busy and booking in external suppliers will not be the first thing on their minds the workshops are curently being sold for 800 gpb for a secondary school workshops and 500 gpb for a primary school workshop. i am proposing that the salesperson would receive 10 to 15% of the sale fee commision only.
