 Minimum Requirements for position:
- Marketing Diploma or Experience in Clearing Sales and Account Maintenance
- 2- 5 years intense marketing experience of Clearings Sales and Account Maintenance.
- Experience in dealing with Customs, Road, Sea, Air and Rail Freight.
- Extremely strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage relationship with customers, suppliers, and management on very high levels.
- Customer orientated and strong leadership qualities.
- Presentable and self-confident.
- Proactive and team work orientated.
- Extreme enthusiasm about Selling and Improving the Clearing Services.
- Able to learn fast and take part in knowledge / skill transfer.
- Hands on individual willing to accept accountability.
- Honest, motivated, positive, focused and self starter.
 Reporting to the Clearing Manager / Senior Entry Clerk, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Product / Clearing marketing.
- Rapid market development and exposure.
- Relationship building between customers and principals.
- Liaise with customers on very high levels.
- High levels of selling targets and maintaining/development of excellent customer relationships.
- Project management and co-ordination.
- Responsible for seeking and developing new business.
- Conduct meetings with suppliers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an up to date awareness of the market place.
- Achievement of monthly sales revenue, volume and margin targets.
- Account Management responsibilities for assigned customers, and may assume Key Account Management for specified customers.
