Cease and Desist Letter to have ebay negative feedback rating removed

My Ebay seller account recently received an unjustified negative feedback. I was able to get the comment removed using their Defamation procedure:

However while the comment has gone the nagative rating remains with the comment shown as being removed by ebay.

It seems I may be able to get the rating removed as well if I send a Cease and Desist Letter.

I am UK based and need an affordable UK solicitor who can write this cease and desist letter for me.
