The company I set up just over 12 months ago has grown too big for me and not quite big enough to employ someone to help full time.

My company is an online training and recruitment solution that caters specifically for the call centre industry focussing on agent level roles.

I need an ongoing call answering service for day to day enquiries with the capacity to react when I am running live campaigns.

For each campaign this would equate to (approx):

Increased enquiries (up to 50 per week)
Administration (CV sifting via online portal x 50 per week)
Basic telephone screening questionnaires (x 25 per week)
